Architecture
GapMarketFactory ── deploys one GapMarket per ticker

Trust model
- Settlement is oracle-truth: the official print via Chainlink, with an on-chain TWAP fallback. No admin can set a settlement price.
- Custody is contract-only: margin sits in the MarginVault; the team cannot move user funds.
- Emergency powers are narrow: a guardian can pause new position opening, never settlement, never withdrawals.
